INTRODUCTION

SKA Exports, specializing in manufacture and export of woven & knitted  ready-made garments to domestic & international market. It is located in IMT Manesar, developing exporter’s capital of India. SKA Exports houses a state of the art composite woven & Knitwear garmenting, finishing and packing in 20000 ft² covered area.

In our endeavor to add value, we are committed to be proactive both to our product and needs of clients, thus a value added relationship.

We at SKA Exports believe in adding “value” to every activity we undertake. In our business of Woven & Knitted ready-made garments, we are working since 1987 to add value not only to our products but also to our relationships. Yes, this was possible, because we value your fundamentals.

The company has a strong commitment to quality and respect delivery schedules and has organized its production keeping these objectives in mind. The company does everything in order to ensure that its relationship with the customer is smooth and long lasting.  The production unit is fully equipped with modern production machines and garments finishing facilities.  The factory has adequate stand by power generation facilities to ensure production in not disrupted due to lack of electricity supply in peak months. The company has a well-maintained and motivated team of skilled employees where quality control measures are exercised at every stage of production to ensure that its products confirm to international standards.

TYPES OF MACHINES :

i)  CUTTING SECTION  : IN HOUSE PATTERN MAKER,CUTTING MACHINES (EASTMAN).

             

ii)     SEWING SECTION   : FLAT LOCKS, OVER LOCKS, ELASTIC ATTACHMENTS, SINGLE     NEEDLES LOCK  STITCH DOUBLE NEEDLES ZIG-ZAG STITCH.

   

iii)    FINISHING SECTION :    STAIN REMOVERS, STEAM PRESSES, HEAT PRESSES, BUTTON WHOLE MACHINES, BAR,STRAPPING MACHINE TACKING MACHINES

We are able to produce Woven–18000–22000 units per month, 

Knitwear ,we have capacity of approximately 20000-25000 pcs.

We have  managed  to establish  an image as one stop shop for all  requirements with a  product range that covers pants , jumpers, shorts, skirts, shirts, T- shirts & tops with all kinds of prints and embroidery.

We mainly  work with all types of weights in knitted fabrics, denims and sheeting in woven. Our fabric range in knits includes different blends like poly, Viscose, Rayon, Lycra, Lurex and  Mix contents as per  customers’ requirements. Our fabrics also include yarn dyed garments  dyeing      and all kind of prints.
Entire production is done in our own factory from fabric checking  to finishing and packing of garments.
